The product did not work. The remote would only allow you to record at that moment but the images were not clear enough to even provide proof of identification. The motion detector portion of this camera did not work at all. Making it a toy for kids. They touch it and move it. 6.It had a crazy talking alarm that hoes off in the middle of the night and the instructions do not say how to turn it off. 7. The black side door for access to DVR controls and memory card is hard to open and flimsy. Broke on 2nd day. Now everyone can see that its a recorder. 8.
